Elevate Pole Dance & Fitness

More Than A Gym

We strive to provide a fun, loving, and judgment-free environment at our private members-only women’s club. We teach the art of aerial pole dance while helping our members develop as athletes and dancers. We want our members to feel valued and beautiful, exactly as they are.

Our studio is intended to be a place of reprieve from the outside world, a place where each member is free to be their authentic self, to freely express, a place of healing as much as a place of learning. We hope to create a culture of acceptance, support and love amongst all of our members.

Our goal is to build the internal confidence of each member and to provide a positive experience that can be transformational. We work hard to help each dancer reach their full potential, both inside and out.

Rules

Respect the Instructor and Class Structure
Follow the instructor’s guidance and stay within the intended class flow. Even if you’re more advanced, please participate at the level being taught to support a unified learning experience.

Direct Questions to Your Instructor
For your safety and proper technique development, bring all questions to the instructor rather than asking fellow students.

Practice Safely During Open Pole
Open Pole is for practicing what you’ve already learned—not for trying new tricks on your own. Please wait to learn new movements from an instructor to prevent injury and ensure proper form. You are welcome to practice any Pole Flow, Floorwork moves or your own choreography as well as anything you have learned in class.
