Prerequisite – Level 1-2 Beginner AND Level 3-4 Intermediate must be completed to attend this class.

Take your pole skills to the next level in Advanced Pole Fitness! Begin with a warm-up focused on advanced conditioning exercises to build the strength and control needed for more challenging moves. In this class, you’ll master advanced spins, climbs, and mounts, pushing your limits and refining your technique. A freestyle session at the end of each class provides the perfect opportunity to explore your dance flow and express your unique movement style. Ready to level up? Proper Attire is Important

Here is What You Should Wear

 
 
 
No lotion the day of class
 
Bringing a hair tie is always a good idea.
 
Be sure to wear a sports bra, bralette, or something that leaves your side skin exposed.
 
Jewelry can damage the pole, and the pole can damage jewelry, so we advise you to leave your jewelry at home.  
 
Short shorts are preferred; however, regular shorts can work as long as they can be rolled up.
 
As far as footwear, bare feet or indoor heels is what you should expect to wear during your pole class.
